Recently I got a major itch to try my hand at sculpting a likeness. I wanted to pick a someone that I could easily find a lot of images of from a lot of different angles, so I decided on Steve Carell who has 7 seasons worth of footage along with his many movies and photo shoots. I think the added benefit of being very familiar with his face after rewatching The Office so many times would help too.
My plans are to have a game ready character/bust to render with Marmoset Toolbag. Here is a review of the progress I have made so far, many many iterations have been done to the low-poly to capture all of the broad, defining, features of Steve’s face.

Currently working on some hair using Hair Tool for Blender, which is a pretty useful addon so far. The hair alpha I am using was baked from a Blender Hair in Marmoset and the albedo was made using the passes in Affinity Photo, but I may need to make some changes to it still:
